BAKING IN WHANGANUI EAST SINCE THE 1950's
The Savage family started their little cake shop on the corner of Duncan and Tinirau streets 70 years ago, and it's been humming along ever since. In that time the kitchen has been extended (more than once!), stores have been added in Moana Street and Saint John's Hill shopping centre, and there are now two mobile sales van runs as well as deliveries.

As well as the steady increase in locations of sales, our product range is ever expanding. We sell cakes, bread, biscuits, so many slices, cheesecake, sandwiches and rolls, paninis and wraps, fruit loaves, doughnuts and custard squares, tarts, 18 pie flavours plus savouries and pasties, oh and fruit pies on top of that, quiche, danish, eclairs, the ever popular cronut, and more!
Our bakers love creating new flavours and new lines, and that means the selection never gets old!
